Yes, the Roadmaster Crossbar-Style Base Plate Kit # RM-523193-4 is compatible with all models of the 2020 Chevy Equinox so it will fit your AWD version. I have attached an installation video of this kit on a 2018 Equinox that you can check out.

For a complete flat towing setup you will need a base plate kit, tow bar, safety cables, vehicle tow bar wiring, a supplemental braking system, and possibly a high-low adapter. If you do not have all of these components just let me know and I can make some additional recommendations for you.
