I have a 2020 Ford F-350 super duty with factory rails or pucks. Which B&W companion fifth wheel hitch do you recommend? I am definitely going with the Companion after my research.

The B&W Companion fifth wheel hitch is a great choice! The Companion that you need depends on the bed size of your truck and the amount of weight you are trying to tow.
If your 2020 Ford F-350 has a 8 foot bed, I recommend the B&W Companion OEM 5th-Wheel Hitch for Ford Super Duty Prep Package # BWRVK3300 which is rated for 20,000 lbs or the B&W Companion OEM 5th-Wheel Hitch for Ford Super Duty Prep Package # BWRVK3305 which is rated for 25,000 lbs.
If your truck has a 6-3/4 foot bed, you need the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w Slider for Ford Towing Prep Package part # BWRVK3370 which is rated for 20,000 lbs and has a slider for cab clearance when making sharp turns. The slider features 12" of front to back travel so you won't knock out the cab's window when turning with the fifth wheel trailer hooked up.
I have attached installation videos for both styles of Companion. All three of the hitch options will drop down into the puck system in the bed and lock into place.
