Recommended 5th Wheel Hitch For 2019 Ram 2500 With Factory Prep Package

I just got a new 2019 Ram 2500 long bed. It has the 5th wheel prep package from the factory so I want to know what is the best 5th wheel hitch I can get that will use the pucks already in the bed. Also, I think it already has a plug in the bed but can you confirm I don't need anything else to connect to my camper?

The B&W Companion # BWRVK3600 is an excellent option and my personal recommendation for your 2019 Ram 2500 with the factory prep package and 8 foot bed because of how easy it is to install and how solid and dependable it is.
Just like you wanted, it will drop right it in the existing four pucks in your bed, without the need for any other adapter. If you need to free up your bed, the hitch head can easily be removed so you don't have to lift up the entire unit all at once.
