I don't know what axles you have on your trailer but if you look at the axle tag it will tell you this. If you can't comprehend the axle sticker then just send me a photo of this and I will be happy to do that for you. There are a few different lift kits for torsion axle trailers but they vary by manufacturer and capacity. I have attached the options below:

Tandem Dexter #11 Torflex Axle (4,100 - 6,000 Lbs) # K71-724-02
Tandem Dexter #10 Torflex Axle (2,300 - 4,000 Lbs) # K71-707-02

According to Lippert, the mounting nuts should be torqued to 120 ft-lbs for the Axle Riser Kit - Single Square Torsion Axle - 3-1/2" Lift #LC382741.

According to the research I did on your 2016 Ultra Lite Signature it has 4,000 lb Dexter Torflex torsion axles so the correct lift kit for it would be the part #K71-707-02 which would give it a 2-5/8 inch lift.
