Solution for Thomas Payne Couch that Heater Switch Does Not Work
Question:
The heat works great on my sofa. The problem I am experiencing is it will not turn off. Even though I push the heat button to off and it is not illuminated, the heat stays on. I tried unplugging the heat button from the circuit board and it still heated. Is this a cup holder issue or control box? Thanks

The control box of your couch is not interpreting the switch turning off and on. This is evident as the other functions of your couch are working properly with the cup switch. So you'd need the replacement control box part # 195-387596 and you'd be set.
