Footrest Will Not Work on the Thomas Payne Momentum Sofa But Massage, Lights, and Heat Do

Is there anyway to close the recliner manually. It won’t close everything else works when you push the buttons. Is it the motor or something else

It sounds like you have a Thomas Payne Momentum RV Dual Reclining Sofa like part 195-055-056-058. If this is the case then odds are there is an issue with the control box as 90% of problems with the Thomas Payne Momentum RV Dual Reclining Sofa are associated with a faulty control box. If you swap the control box on the side that is working and the footrest then functions you know the control box is bad and will need to be replaced with the Replacement Control Box for Thomas Payne Momentum Recliners and Sofas part # 195-387596.
Please let me know if the new replacement control box does not fix your problem.
