Troubleshooting Thomas Payne RV Couch Cupholder Power
Question:
2022 Dutchmen Voltage 4225. Theatre seating. All 3 two seater sections. If you intentionally press the warmer, light or massage indicators each seat works perfectly. If you accidentally brushinch you finger or hand across the indicator without sitting in it first they wont turn off. The light indicator will only blink, not coming on or off. The heat and massage will come on and the only way to turn them back off is to disconnect the power. No great big deal on the two sections I can reach but one section I have to go outside and disconnect entire shore power to get to turn off since I cant reach the power cord behind the seats. This happens on all 3 sections so its a design issue, not a specific cup holder malfunction. Only happens when you gently, quickly brushinch across the indicators. How else can I turn this off when this happens without having to disconnect power source?

Looking into this it sounds like you have a loose connection to the cupholder wiring connectors on your Thomas Payne couch or the cupholder wiring is just bad and needs to be replaced.
The Replacement Cup Holder for Thomas Payne Momentum Recliners and Sofas - Qty 1 # 195-387597 will connect directly to the couch wiring. If that doesn't work it could be a bad control box. If you have The Momentum version The Replacement Control Box for Thomas Payne Momentum Recliners and Sofas - Qty 1 # 195-387596 could fix the problem. It fits the following couches:
