Troubleshooting Thomas Payne Seismic Recliner Seat Heating Elements With No Continuity On Elements
Question:
I read 29v DC coming from the control box and 0 ohms through the heating element. Both seats quit at the same time but all other functions work.

As you have no continuity on the Heating Element # 674864 they are bad. It makes me think as they both went out at the same time you may have had a power surge which caused damage to your seats in your camper. If you do not already be sure to use a Power Watchdog Surge Protector in 30-Amp # HU67FR or 50-Amp # HU87FR on your camper.
