Trailer Hitch for 2019 Fort Transit T350 Cutaway
Question:
2019 T350 cutaway chassis Rockport van single wheel lowbox. What hitch will work for this vehicle. It is the same as a motor home chassis I will be towing a 6,000 lb boat. I see the brackets offered but cannot make sense of which one I need or if I even need them if there is a hitch available.

Since you have a 2019 Ford Transit T350 with a cutaway chassis, you will need a universal fit hitch which you will need the Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Service Body Trailer Hitch Cross Tube # 41990, which is 44 inches wide.
You will then need to add brackets to weld the hitch on, either the 7" Weld-On Bracket Kit # 4907 or 16" Weld-On Bracket Kit # 4916. To determine which brackets you need, simply measure from the top of the frame on your T350 to the bottom of the bumper. If you need less than 5-9/16" to clear the bumper you will use 7" brackets # 4907; if you need less than 14-3/8" you will use the 16" brackets # 4916.
