Match measurements to be the same as my old ones,about 1-1/8in long by about 5/8 in wide,single speed with lamp and fan icon,I need both switches

The fan switch you need is the part # BL1194-00. This is an exact replacement for what you have and will be what you need for the fan and the light. It does not have a label on it though.
