The hole spacing of the Buyers Products Fabricators Hitch Plate # 3371809042 that you referenced is the same as the standard pintle mount bolt pattern which is 1-3/4 inches apart vertically and 3-1/2 inches apart horizontally.

It's really just a different bolt hole setup for either. The #337PH50 has 6 bolts and the larger #337PH55 has a 10 bolt setup. This gives a little more flexibility in how it can mount but overall either will do just as good of a job as the…

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
