Best Trailer Hitch Recommendation for 2018 Subaru Crosstrek for Carrying Bike Rack

Mounting a Thule T2 bike rack on hitch, mostly dirt road and bouncing around which of the two hitch allow for less sway and rattle on dirt roads. The Curt, C13382 or the Drawtite,76209.

The best hitch for your 2018 Subaru Crosstrek for carrying a bike rack is the Draw Tite part # 76209 as it does not require using a stabilizer strap with a non-supported load like a bike rack like the Curt hitch does. But to your specific question on stability there isn't a difference between the hitches. It's the hitch accessory's ability to prevent movement/rattle that prevents the movement. The hitches in that regard are perfectly equal.
With your T2 one trick is take and move the rack around in the hitch as you tighten the anti-rattle device. Typically that gets the last bit of movement out of the setup.
