Trailer Wiring Recommendation for a 1993 Ford F-150
Question:
Why is it that nobody makes a wiring adapter that matches up with the factory trailer wiring harness on a 93 F 150. All the plugs I have seen mate to the vehicle wiring and will not connect to the trailer circuit.

We do offer a few options for a 4-way flat wiring harness that will match the plug on your 1993 Ford F-150. The options are the Tow-Ready # 118316 or the Curt # C55316. I have provided linkes to either of these options for you.
If you need to install a fully functional 7-way then you can use the # ETBC7. I have included a helpful article and a couple of videos for your reference.
