There is a way for you to select the right tire, though I was unable to find any type of specs for a Bayliner trailer. However, it is easy to find the correct tires for your application, you simply want to choose tires that have a combined capacity which exceeds the GVWR of your trailer and fit your wheels.

For example, the Karrier ST175/80R13 Radial Trailer Tire # AM10199 is a load range C tire with a capacity of 1,360 lbs (or 2,720 lbs for two) that fits 13" x 4-1/2", 13" x 5", and 13" x 5-1/2" wheels. When inflated it measures 24.1" in diameter and 7" wide.

Another example is the Castle Rock ST225/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire # 274-000029 which is a load range D tire with a capacity of 2,540 lbs (or 5,080 lbs for two) that fits 15" x 5" and 15" x 6" wheels. It measures 28.3" in diameter and 8.8" wide when inflated.

For wheels, you will simply need to know your bolt pattern and I have added a link to a help article for you to check out which details exactly how to determine what bolt pattern you have.

I have added links to video reviews of these tires for you to take a look at, as well as a link to our entire selection of tires and tire/wheel combos. If you let me know the size of your wheels and the GVWR of your trailer I can also help find you the right tires.
