For the Go Power Industrial Pure Sine Wave Inverter, # 34278156, maxing out or coming close to doing so, you are pulling 2000 watts /12 volts = 167 amps per hour.

So if you use a 400 amp battery bank at 12 volts, you would divide 400 amp battery / 167 amps = 2.4 hours before completely depleting the battery bank. This is not a good thing to do, never completely drain your battery bank. If yo go with a lithium battery pack you can discharge deeper however, if you are lead acid never go below half, or what is stated as "50% depth of discharge". Therefore, divide 2.4 hours /50% = 1.2 hours. So the thing to do is figure out how much energy you will use per and apply the above formula. Because you have a 2000 watt inverter, will you use continuously 200 watts per hour?

It is less the quantity of batteries need but the amp hours available, I suggest nothing less than 400 amp hours being available to a fully charged battery bank.
