I took a look at an online copy of the owner's manual for a 2018 Toyota Corolla and it simply states that towing a trailer is not recommended with the vehicle so the decision will ultimately be up to you.
If you do decide to use your '18 Corolla to pull your jet ski you will need a trailer hitch, wiring harness, ball mount and hitch ball. The trailer hitch I highly recommend for your '18 Corolla is the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch # 24913 because it is a bolt-on installation that will not require drilling into your vehicle's frame to install, as well as Draw-Tite's strong reputation for making premium trailer hitches. This is a Class I hitch with a 1-1/4 inch receiver, has a black powder coat finish to protect it from corrosion and comes with a lifetime warranty.
I have added a photo of the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch # 24913 installed on a 2018 Corolla as well as a link to a video of this hitch being installed on this vehicle for you to check out.
The correct ball mount for this trailer hitch is the Draw-Tite # 3593 which does come with a pin and clip to keep it secure to your hitch. For a hitch ball, the correct one will depend on the size of your trailer's coupler. You will need either 1-7/8" Hitch Ball # 19256 or 2" Hitch Ball # 19258.
For wiring which will give you a 4-way connector and allow you to power your trailer's lights you need T-One Wiring Harness # 118405; I have attached a link to a video of this harness being installed on a Corolla as well as a link to the installation instructions.
