Can these be retrofitted to for a ready brute?

I do have a couple of options for you, however I checked with my contact at Blue Ox and unfortunately there isn't a way to use the Adapter Lugs # BX88357 for your 2001 Jeep TJ Off-Road Bumper with a ReadyBrute Tow Bar.
If you already have the ReadyBrute then your best option will be to go with a standard base plate kit like the Blue Ox # BX1120. With this installed you could then add the Base Plate Adapter # BX88297 to make them compatible with the ReadyBrute.
The other option is to stick with the Adapter Lugs # BX88357 so you can utilize the mounts on your bumper but with a compatible Blue Ox Tow Bar. For this I highly recommend the Blue Ox Alpha Tow Bar # BX7380 that features a non-binding design for easy hookup and removal, included safety cables, and a 6,500 pound weight capacity.
