  I sent this over to Blue Ox and they do not have a base plate kit that will be compatible with that bumper. Doesn't look like Roadmaster does either. Unfortunately that means the only option would be to get a different bumper if you want to flat tow your Wrangler. Personally I would look for one that is flat tow rated with D-ring attachments and use the # BX88357 for 7/8" or # BX88358 for 1" D-rings to mount your tow bar.
