Attaching Tow Bar to 2010 Jeep Wrangler With Rugged Ridge Bumper

Hi, Do you have all the dimensions on these? I am trying to confirm they can be used on a Rugged Ridge D-ring mount. Mine are 1inch thick, 1inch hole and I need to confirm how far back the holes are to see if they will fit
