We do have a hitch for your 2019 Subaru Forester, part # 76271 from Draw-Tite. The hitch is rated to tow up to 3,500 pounds but from my research your Forester is rated up to 1,500 pounds as long as the trailer has brakes. If it doesn't have brakes then you're limited to 1,000 pounds. Always make sure you stay within the limitations of the vehicle.

To tow a trailer you also need a wiring harness. I recommend the Hopkins, part # HM11143865, because it's the easiest to insall and has the highest amp capacity of the optoins that fit your Subaru. I've linked an install video from when you put it in a 2018.
