Can you just replace the valve? Or do I need to buy the hole part.

You can replace just the valves on the Double RV Waste Valves part # T80. For the black water you can use the Valterra Bladex Waste Valve Body part # T1003VP and for the grey water tank you can use the Valterra Bladex Waste Valve Body part # T1001VP.
