Is there a temperature rating available for this heated hose?

This self-regulating hose # W01-5315 is constructed to circulate more electrical current whenever the ambient temperature drops. This lets the water keep flowing in freezing temperatures. When the ambient temperature rises, the hose circulates less electrical current to keep the water flowing at the same temperature. It does not have a set temperature that it comes on and off for.
