When I try to crank my awning up the gears grind. Do you have replacement gears for manual solera awning?

The best solution we have for your situation is a new manual crank drive head for your Solera manual awning since the gears aren't available. For that you'd want the black drive head part # LC300031.

Sounds like the driver head of your manual Solera awning is in need of replacing. For that we have the part #LC300031 which will replace what you have and allow you to roll yours up.

The gears alone cannot be replaced; you would need to replace the entire thing with the Drive Head for Solera Manual Crank-Style Awning #LC300031.

The gearbox inside of the Solera Manual Crank Style Awning Drive Head part #LC300031 is not available separately as a replacement part therefore if you need to replace this you will have choice but to replace the entire assembly.

The electric Solera awnings don't use locks to keep them held in place as the motors of them keep them from unrolling. The locks are only needed with the manual awnings like what the #LC362101 provides.
