If you are measuring from the inside top of the receiver to the bottom of your coupler then you have a 13 inch drop. I've attached an article to help, but have also included a photo for fast reference.
That is a significant drop, so you can use one of the following:
Gen-Y Adjustable 2-Ball Mount - 2" Hitch - 12-1/2" Drop - 10K # 325-GH-316
Gen-Y Adjustable 2-Ball Mount - 2" Hitch - 12-1/2" Drop - 16K # 325-GH-516
Gen-Y Adjustable 2-Ball Mount w/ Stacked Receivers - 2" Hitch - 15" Drop - 10K # 325-GH-317
The closest we have in a fixed ball mount is the Convert-A-Ball Ball Mount for 2" Hitches - 10-3/4" Rise, 12" Drop - 7,000 lbs # AMSC12. This capacity is significantly less, but the ball mount does have the polyurethane shock absorber integrated. You will need a hitch ball like # C40007 with this ball mount.
With any of these options, I also recommend the locking pin # e98880 to secure your investment.
