Electric bikes like your Pedego Commuter bikes tend to weigh quite a bit. The Thule Camber # TH9058 that you referenced can only hold bikes that weigh up to 37.5 lbs each. Since most hanging bike racks have a max weight capacity of 35-37.5 lbs per bike you will need to use a platform bike rack that can accommodate the extra weight.

I called Pedego and spoke with one of their reps who said that they recommend using the Thule T2 Pro XTR # TH83JV as this bike rack has a weight capacity of 60 lbs per bike (which he said is about what your bikes weigh), comes with bike and rack locks, and secure your bikes by the wheel so there is no frame contact. Simply load a bike up and place the ratcheting arm right in front of the fender before tightening it down.

Another bike rack that is a great option for electric bikes, and that my contact said they recommend using, is the Thule EasyFold XT # TH903202. This bike rack has some unique features that set it apart from other platform racks. Yes it can tilt and fold up plus it includes the bike and rack locks, but one of the biggest differences is that there is a stowable ramp to really help ease the loading and unloading of your heavy bikes. The EasyFold XT also uses clamps on adjustable arms which allow you to secure the majority of bike frame styles out there.
