Can Thule Camber Bike Rack Carry Ladies Frame Bike

I ordered this rack yesterday. I am wondering how do you attach a ladys bike with the lower cross bar?

To carry a ladies bike that doesn't have a top tube with a hanging bike rack like the Thule Camber part # TH9058 what you need is a bike frame adapter bar part # UB01 which attaches to the seat post and steering stem to give the bike rack a horizontal top tube to attach to.
