Ram Square Jack Replacement Screw Assembly

Question:

Hello, I have two Ram brand square jacks, side frame mount, 10,000lb on a 40foot tripple axle gooseneck trailer I purchased. I dont think the previous owner greased the jacks at all during use. I have greased them thoroughly and its slightly better, but think the screw assembly is toast. Meaning I can barely crank the jacks at all. I have not disassembled the jacks to confirm this is the case because the trailer is currently loaded and hooked to a truck. I will probably have to lift the trailer off the truck with a floor jack once its unloaded. From my previous square jack repairs, its typically the nut that galls up. Change the nut and properly grease for years of continued use. Does etrailer offer the, nut, screw, or entire screw assembly as a replacement part? Or would I have to buy the entire jack and remove the assembly to install into my existing jacks? The jacks are welded to the trailer inside a tool box under the neck, so cutting old ones out and welding new ones in would be a chore. Thanks in advance for the feedback.
