Troubleshooting Trailer Hitch Slightly Too Short to Fit 2016 Mazda 6
Question:
I have tried to attach the tow hitch to the frame of my mazda but the hitch screw holes does not Align with the frame screw holes, I had a friend helping me install the hitch, one of us would end up being able to tighten the nut to the bolt but once we would do so the other side would not fit properly. The hitch seems to be 2cm shorter then it should be and Im not able to attach it on my car

It sounds like the brackets on the Curt Trailer Hitch # C11356 got bent ever so slightly during the shipping process, which is a common occurrence and fixable.
What you can do is flex the bracket back into position so the bolt holes line up, and this can be accomplished a number of ways, as outlined in the help article that I linked for you.
You can use something like a table vise if available or just use a piece of wood or anything that will allow you to put pressure on the bracket to bend it back into place.
