How to Stabilize etrailer Cargo Carrier When It Is Folded

I have a hitch stabilizer but Im getting to much play where the basket folds. Are there any products/Technics that help with this?

There is absolutely something that can help with the amount of play you are encountering with the etrailer Cargo Carrier # e98874.

The Cam Buckle Stabilizing Strap # 18050 is designed to ensure maximum support for accessories like cargo carriers and hep immobilize them. For a 60" wide cargo carrier like yours I recommend using two of these straps; you can see exactly how they are used by taking a look at the linked video review I added.
