One of the required tools for the hitch on a Audi Q5 is a cut off wheel with a grinder what will it be used for cutting the bumper ?

The cut-off wheel/shears you referenced is actually not required to install Curt trailer hitch # C13136.

If you take a look at the cutout of the installation manual I added you can see that those shears are only necessary if you were installing this hitch on the Porsche Macan that it also fits.

I checked with Curt and the hitch part #C13136 fits all models of the 2018 Porsche Macan including your Turbo model. After the 2017 models there isn't drilling required so you wouldn't have to drill your 2018 model.
