Using The Ultra-Fab Ultra Scissor Jacks # UF48-979031 on Uneven Terrain
Question:
The description says 2 3inch by 10inch mounting plates... Are they included? I dont see anything like that in the picture. I use my trailer on very uneven surfaces. Does the bottom plate tilt with the terrain or do I need something additional for stability?

The 3-1/2 x 7-1/4 inch mounting plates are attached to the top of the Ultra-Fab Ultra Scissor Jacks # UF48-979031, and have multiple mounting holes. I used an existing picture and circled the mounting plate that you referenced. The overall length of the mounting plate is 7-1/4 inches, and the width is 3-1/2 inches.
The bottom plate of the jacks will not tilt with the terrain. You will want to make sure that 100 percent of the base of the scissor jack is in contact with the ground and as level as possible. If mounting on uneven surfaces, you will want to scrape away dirt and rocks away so that the jacks are level. You should not need anything in addition to the jacks if they are mounted level and used properly.
