A 4.80-12 tire such as the Kenda # AM10062 is 20.7" in diameter and has a section width of 4.9".

A 4.80/4.00-8 tire such as the Kenda # AM10004 is 16.1" in diameter and has a section width of 4.7".

The difference in height is 4.6".
