Most electric jacks have manual overrides on them just in case there is an emergency and there is a power loss. If you have the Lippert Electric Trailer Jack # LC285318 that you referenced then the manual operation can be accessed at the top after the plug is removed (see attached picture).
This jack comes with an emergency crank handle but if you misplaced yours you can get a replacement using part # LC285324 on our site which has a 3/4" socket.
