I am considering putting K71-707-02 Torflex Lift Kit - Tandem Axle - 2-5/8inch Lift on my 5th wheel camper What is a 3inch high profile brackets?

The Dexter Torflex Lift Kit # K71-707-02 referenced in your question is designed for the #10 Torflex axle with a 2,300 to 4,000 pound capacity. As you mentioned, the lift kit cannot be used with Torflex axles that use a 3 inch high profile bracket. This is the bracket that attaches the axle to the frame of your trailer. If yours is taller than 3 inches, the lift kit cannot be used. All of the Torflex Lift Kits we have available have this same requirement.

Based on the specifications that Dexter gave me for your axle, your axle is a 3,500 lbs torsion axle. We do not carry torsion axles, so the best upgrade for your trailer would be an axle-less suspension system. The axle-less system will be far easier…

The Torflex lift kit part #K71-723-01 is the only size lift we have that fits this axle configuration. There isn't a 2-5/8 inch lift available that is similar to it.

Since you have a Dexter Torflex 3,000 lb trailer axle the correct lift kit is the part #K71-707-01 that you have. The other part number you mentioned is for lighter capacity axles.

Since we know your Dexter Torflex axle is a 2,400 lb axle that would mean that it's a number 10 and the lift kit part #K71-707-01 would be what you'd need. The brake assemblies part #23-47-48 would also be the correct parts as well.
