Recommended Trailer Hitch and Wiring for 2007 Suzuki Grand Vitara

For a hitch on your 2007 Suzuki Grand Vitara I recommend the Draw-Tite # 75448, which is a Class III hitch with a 2" receiver and is a complete bolt-on installation so there is not going to be any drilling into your Suzuki's frame required. To add a 4-way to power your trailer's lights you'll need the T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # 56002.
For towing, I recommend checking out Ball Mount Kit # 989900, which may fulfill your towing needs in one tidy package; two ball mounts - one with a 3/4” rise or 2” drop and the other with a 2-3/4” rise or 4” drop - a 1-7/8” hitch ball, a 2” hitch ball, and a pin and clip.
