Will 4-Way of Curt Wiring Harness # C58044 Connect to 4-Way of Trailer with 5 Wires

I am looking at curt c 58044 it has 4 -wires I need a vehicle end that looks like that but I have 5 wires on my 1997 chevy Cheyenne pick up my trails has the identical plug but it has 5 wires too thanks,

The 5-wires that are ran to your 4-way means that you have a wishbone 4-way. That means that the running light circuit has two wires ran for each side of the trailer.

The Curt 4-way part # C58044 would work well with this. The running light circuit of this kit uses only one wire but will work fine attached a 4-way that has these circuits split out for both sides.
