Hitch and Wiring Fits for 2004 Dodge Sprinter
Question:
I have an 04 Sprinter with all Mercedes labelling. I believe it is dimensionally the same as the Dodge. Can you verify that the hitch and wiring harness? would fit? Thank you.

Both of our primary hitch suppliers, Curt and Draw-Tite, show no vehicle listing for a M-B branded Sprinter for model year 2004. Only a Dodge Sprinter is listed, both 2500-series and 3500-series.
You can confirm the correct hitch based on the van's wheelbase and drivetrain. If you click on the "Select Vehicle Style" drop-down menu tool at the top of the linked page you can select your Sprinter's configuration; you will then see the hitches just for that setup.
For example, for a 118-inch wheelbase with single rear wheels you can use Curt Class IV hitch # 14250 or Class III hitch # 13250. For this version that does not have a factory 7-way harness the 4-pole wiring kit is # C59496.
