Installation Instructions for a Draw Tite Hitch on a 2011 Ford Escape
Question:
I took the classII hitch off my 2008 Escape and now want to install it on my new 2011 Escape. I need the installation instructions and possibly some hints as to how to get the carriage bolts and plates in to position in the frame channel for mounting. Thanks.

I attached installation instructions for the Draw-Tite Hitch # 36501 that you referenced.
To get the carriage bolts in position in the frame channel you will need to use a Wire Pull # 80101-1. I would recommend you get a couple in case something happens to one. I attached a video on how to use a wire pull for you to check out also.
