The Kenda 4.80-12 Bias Trailer Tire # AM30660 that has the 12" white wheel will work just fine for your boat trailer needs.
This combination does have the 5 on 4-1/2" bolt hole pattern and comes in a load range C (990 lbs at 90 psi). You can use a tire with a lower weight rating as long as you are not overloading the tire. This is one of the bigger reasons for blowouts.
Although it does cost more, I recommend going with the Kenda Karrier S-Trail ST145/R12 Radial Tire # AM31202 instead. The radial tire will do a much better job at staying cool on the roads compared to the bias tire due to its construction. The 12" galvanized steel wheel will do a much better job at resisting rust and corrosion that comes from frequently dunking your wheels completely under water. This option does only come with a load range D (1,220 lbs at 65 psi) but if it can handle the weight of your loaded trailer then there is no issue with going with this tire.
Review vieos have been linked for both options for you to choose from.
