The Titan BrakeRite I Plug and Play Electric-Hydraulic Actuator Kit, # T4813102, that you have referenced would be my first choice. The compatible breakaway system is the Gel Cell Breakaway Kit, # T4822100. It includes two 5-amp hour batteries connected in parallel that provides the 15 minutes of breakaway required by the Department of Transportation.

You will also need a brake controller that is compatible with electric over hydraulic brakes. If you have a brake controller already and it does not state that it can be used with electric over hydraulic systems, it will not activate the brakes properly.

I recommend the Tekonsha P2 # 90885 and the wiring harness # 3035-P for your SuperDuty. I have included a link to the installation instructions for you to view. The harness works on trucks equipped with a 7-Way or 4-Way factory trailer connector.

But, if you have a 4-Way only, additional parts will be needed, # 37185, and you will need to hardwire the brake controller blue wire directly to this connector. And you will need to connect the 12 volt circuit on the connector to the vehicle battery. You will also need some additional wiring, # 10-2-1 (about 25 feet), and a 40 amp circuit breaker, # PK54540.
