I checked the install instructions for the Curt Hitch part # 13013 and you have to unbolt the bumper brackets and remove the bumper.

I have a 2000 Tacoma and want to install a trailer hitch with wiring and no welding, What would you recommend please?

For your 2000 Tacoma the Curt Class III Trailer Hitch # 13013 will work perfectly. It will bolt right onto the truck's frame rails using existing holes - no drilling or welding required. Then for a wiring harness I recommend the Tekonsha T-One # 118379, which will just plug in behind the tail lights.

For your 1995 4WD Tacoma I highly recommend the Curt # 13013. It features a 5,000 pound towing capacity and allows for a no-drill installation.
