I contacted the manufacturer that assembles the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class II - 1-1/4 Item # C12064 and they informed about the true measurements.
The hitch measures 9.56” from the frame rail to the bottom of the receiver tube. There are 6 mounting holes on the hitch, 3 on each side. Center to center on the two mounting holes closest to the rear of the vehicle is 42.25”. Center to center on the pair of mounting holes towards the front of the vehicle is 40.94”.
Although these there the measurements, we at etrailer don't recommend using a hitch for a vehicle that it isn't deigned for.
Please let me know if you need any clarification or additional measurements.
I am willing to see if we carry a universal hitch that fits what you need. I just need the measurements that you are looking for and year, make, and model of your vehicle. We have universal hitches that fit a range of frame widths.
