For your 2017 Toyota Prius 3 Touring, you'll want to look at two bike racks that are compatible with Class I hitches. All Class I hitches are limited to using only two bike racks because of their weight and design. I've added a link to all of our available racks that fit these needs.
With the Curt Hitch Receiver, part # C11473 mounted on the vehicle, your bike racks will need to have at least 4 inches listed as the measurement from the center of their hitch pin hole to the nearest part of the rack to be compatible with your vehicle.
Of all the racks, I recommend the Kuat NV 2.0 Base part # BA12B as one of the standout racks. This platform style rack is designed to handle a wide range of bikes and mounts via the wheel mounting grips. It includes integrated bike and hitch locks, and uses a convenient foot lever for tilting the rack away to access your rear hatch.
