For all these brakes lines..... is a Double or a Bubble flare used for the ends of the lines?

You would not need to use a double flare tool to create a bubble flare to install brake lines to a Dexter/Titan coupler like part # 099-175-20. Standard threaded fittings that are 3/16 inch in diameter like what the part # DMSB520 has would be all that you'd need.
