Towing Capacities of Draw Tite Hitch 75282

Shouldn't a hitch designed to tow trailers include it's towing capacity in the product specfications? Does anyone know how much this will tow?

Here are the towing capacities for the Draw Tite Hitch part # 75282 :

Maximum gross trailer weight: 5,000 lbs
Maximum GTW when used with weight distribution: 8,000 lbs

Maximum tongue weight: 750 lbs
Maximum TW when used with weight distribution: 800 lbs
