Your 2013 Hyundai Elantra with automatic transmission cannot be flat towed, but the manual transmission version can. For an automatic, I recommend dolly towing it which is approved by the manufacturer.

For a tow dolly, I recommend the Roadmaster Tow Dolly with Electric Brakes - 4,250 lbs # RM-2050-1. This dolly will allow you to simply drive onto the ramps, secure the tires in the nets, and go. You will need a trailer connector like # PK12706 to activate the trailer brakes that are integrated in this dolly. It is a less expensive option than a flat tow setup and will allow you to use a ball mount on your motorhome to keep it level for towing. I've attached an article to assist in choosing the correct ball mount if you choose not to use an adjustable option like # C45900.
