I have a couple options. Does your cap look like the part # BD500205 or does it look like the # F0917504-00?

These are the two square cap options we have for the jacks made by the same company as Bulldog.

Otherwise could you send me a picture of what you have.

Thanks for the pictures! Looks like you are in need of the part # BD017802 instead as this is the larger square style of cap that your jack has.
