5 Lug Hub Recommendation for 2,000 lb Capacity Dexter Torflex Axle
Question:
I have a Jayco pop-up camper with a Dexter Torflex #9 2000-lb axle. Current hubs are 4 on 4-inch. I have lifted the trailer in anticipation of larger wheels/tires. Seeking help identifying the correct hubs to replace the current 4-on-4 with a 5-on-4 1/2 configuration to facilitate the larger wheels/tires. Can you confirm if this is the correct kit? If not, what do I need and/or how to determine this from current hardware?

Expert Reply:
Since you have a Dexter 2,000 lb trailer axle the correct hub you would need is the part # 8-258-5UC1-EZ this will fit your spindle and it has a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern like you need as well.
