The price difference and the name of the hitches are due to different manufacturers. Since both the Curt option, part # C11282, and the Draw-Tite option, part # 24882, are 1-1/4 inch trailer hitch receivers with a 200 lbs Tongue Weight capacity and 2,000 lbs Gross Towing Weight Capacity they are pretty much the same hitch.
I do recommend going with the Draw-Tite Sport Frame # 24882 though (the "Sport" is just part of the name of the hitch) because the Curt warranty requires that a Support Strap # 18050 be used if you are using it for any non-trailer loads like a bike rack or cargo carrier. Draw-Tite does not have this same requirement.
I have attached an installation video of the Draw-Tite on a similar 2013 Chevrolet Cruze that you can use as a reference.
If you let me know what you plan on using the trailer hitch receiver for I would be more than happy to make some recommendations for you.
