I walked out to our warehouse and looked at the Kenda Radial Tire, part # AM10234. The tire is manufactured in China.

The time stamp on the tire read 0911. This indicates that the tire was manufactured in the ninth week of 2011. You can find this number on one side of the tire after the DOT stamp near the bead of the tire.
